membership application
and return to a Club.
Boys & Girls Clubs of
Southern Maryland accepts membership applications for any youth between the ages
of 6 - 18. Our membership fee is $25 / year and is valid until August 31. The application needs to be
completely filled out, signed by the parent, guardian
and returned to a Club with the $25 membership fee. Please note that some clubs
have a monthly program fee as well.
